I am alive....
the beauty of life, expressed with each heart beat, every breath, even fingerprints...all singing and whispering "God is our Creator, We are His"...
Just breathing is a testimony.
I love my Creator today! Just breathing in and out is enough.

On my way to church a few years ago I saw a poster in a shop window which said "Where every breath is a prayer" - that made me think - it sounds so "natural" - our breathing as a prayer! I was reminded of this poster when I read your great posting today. Hope to chat with you very soon!!

Ah...as you know...Americans have a tough time MAKING time to breath and reflect. This American is finding herself wandering why. I listen to music less often now in my car. Why? To slow down...to listen. To talk with God. So many distractions in urban life, it is essential to be intentional about just being.
Taize is a big part of that process for me. Every Friday it is a sort of turning over of the week and entering the Sabbath through chanting and reflecting on the Cross.
